  9. The acceptance letter is evidence that the trademark has been registered; and thereafter the trademark is published in the Trademark Journal for any opposition to be raised within 2 months from the date of publication
  10. Where no opposition or objection is raised within the given period, the Certificate of Registration will be applied for at the Trademark Registry.
